Ceramic coating is an extremely durable vehicle protection system. Depending on the coating used, it may be suitable for use on paintwork, wheels, and glass. The basic chemical composition of a ceramic coating is Silicon Dioxide (SiO2). Ceramic coating is also known as quartz or glass coatings.
Coating is applied by a certified detailing expert with an applicator one by one on a panel at a time covering the exterior painted surface. The paintwork is first decontaminated and then prepared to ensure the coating achieves a good bond with the paintwork.
We advise that the vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated by the removal of any road tar, iron, or industrial fallout deposits that may have accumulated in the car every 10-12 months. Following that, we apply a SIO2 sealant to rejuvenate the ceramic coating and enhance its hydrophobic properties.
